Amy Grabow

Amy has over 25 years leading marketing, brand strategy and new product development in the food and beverage industry at well-known CPG and QSR companies including Unilever, Kellogg's, Sara Lee and McDonalds, including being VP/GM of Jimmy Dean at Hillshire Brands. Most recently, Amy led Global Menu Strategy for McDonald’s Core Brands as well as the plant-based and chicken categories. With a passion for the consumer, Amy leverages insights to develop strategies to drive business growth. 

Outside of work, Amy enjoys going to concerts, theater and exploring culinary delights while traveling around the world.

Nancy Shamberg 

Nancy has built her reputation as a shopper and retail expert for over 25 years, serving both on the agency and client side. She built her chops at the largest global holding companies, Omnicom and Publicis, working on brands such as Walmart, Safeway, Clorox, Kellogg’s, Frito-Lay, and more.  She was recruited to Bed, Bath and Beyond to run Owned Brands marketing and then was tapped to lead the marketing function at buy buy Baby. 

Most recently, she served as CMO for a PE-backed travel and hospitality company. Her greatest passions are pickleball, yoga, her family, cooking, and travel.

Marc Lapides

Marc is an experienced B2B and B2C marketing professional and has been immersed in the food industry for the past 25+ years. Marc began his career as a B2C marketer at the Leo Burnett Co., and TPN/Omnicom agencies creating award-winning advertising for Coca-Cola brands and Hershey’s digital shopper marketing programs for Walmart. In addition, Marc was CMO of Cosi Restaurants, a 100+ unit global sandwich chain.

On the B2B side, Marc headed marketing and programming for the National Restaurant Association Show, before founding Digital Marketing Partners, a CRM & digital agency.

Marc’s passion is truly rooted in food — he even attended culinary school but will tell you he is much better at food marketing than food making.
